Design, furniture, large bath room, wonderful linens.
Staff is not trained well, one person trying to take care of 3-4 different guests at the same time, poor maners.

Beautiful surroundings and great view. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a romantic escape. The restaurant food was some of the best around. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a nearby bar for a bit of nightlife fun.
The hotel was located off a busy road, which detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were a bit unhelpful and cold.

Lovely junior suite with a comfy four-poster bed, beautiful garden surroundings, and helpful receptionist who provided detailed information about the property, including their vegetable and livestock farming, and homemade olive oil. Also, a great location just 1.5km from a wedding venue.

Just had a wonderful stay at Villa Il Patriarca! the hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the highlight was definitely the large swimming pool with its stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. We also treated ourselves to a meal at the one-star Michelin restaurant, and it was truly exceptional. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time!

The breakfast here is amazing, with a wide variety of choices and great service. the pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and a hot tub to relax in. the location is perfect, just off the motorway, which makes exploring nearby towns very easy.
Although the hotel is close to the motorway, there is some mild traffic noise around the pool area. there isn't much to do in the immediate area unless you have a car.
